Our way of doing things

Preserving Tradition, protecting Nature, Doing Things Right

We decided to create a limited edition of a unique variety in the world, caring for every detail from start to finish. And we would do it a thousand times over.

The Royal variety is not easy to cultivate. Its branches are fragile and brittle; not friendly to severe pruning, it suffers more damage than other varieties during harvesting, which is done with extreme care and precision.

Furthermore, the yield of each tree is medium to low – its olives have a low oil content but of high quality. Perhaps that’s why many farmers abandoned the cultivation of Royal in favor of other varieties, leading to a significant setback in the region, almost pushing it to extinction.

In addition to betting on this unique Royal olive, we decided to do it organically, with completely natural cultivation and free from chemical residues. Maybe that’s why the tree gives us such an exclusive fruit.

We believe it is essential to use resources wisely today to continue cultivating tomorrow. That’s why we opt for irrigation systems, like buried irrigation, which saves up to 30% of water, and have replaced fossil fuels with photovoltaic panels for water pumping.

Although we like to look to the future, it’s always useful to look back. We are advocates for traditional Spanish olive groves, defending the connection to our land, its culture, its landscape, and our people.

Respect, at every stage.

Our oil is organic from start to finish, meaning no chemical products have been used throughout the production process. But we wanted to take our commitment to the planet one step further.

In packaging our bottles, we have used 100% recycled Wild Glass that does not discard bottles with aesthetic imperfections, reducing the impact of discards.”

Additionally, we opt for recycled cardboard in boxes and cases, and papers with minimal ecological impact for our labels.
